You run into clearance issues w/ the throttle body hitting the rain tray. You will have to cut a section out of the rain tray to clear the T-body. Also, forget about putting an upper stress bar, unless you relocate (lower) where the throttle cable runs.
BTW, if you go w/ the A3 block you need a new end gear for the distributor, as well as a longer downpipe (which can be sourced from TechTonics), or get someone to make you a spacer for your current downpipe. The TT unit is pretty nice, and not too expensive if I remember correctly (around $100).
