I could crush that 12 second barrier in my 1.7L 'Fritz".  All it takes is
this simple four-step plan:

Step 1: Acquire a Lockheed C-130 Hercules.
Step 2: Load Scirocco in the back of the aircraft.
Step 3: Take off and achieve an altitude of 1,320 feet (1/4 mile).
Step 4: Push Scirocco out of aircraft.

This results in d@mn quick times.  Unfortunately, repeated runs are hard
on the paint...  ;-)
