(non-roc) DSL question.

Sorry for the non-roc waste of bandwidth.

A friend of mine has DSL on a different ISP than mine and he gets 5 GB
download, and 1d GB upload a month... is that good?  I'm kind of a computer
dummy and so is he.

Scirocco content:  My turd didnt place yesterday (gee what a surprise!) but
the plaques at the great canadian show here were pretty cheesy anyway.
