The nice thing about the smog nazis here is they go by body number not
engine number.  So you can dump in a VR6 in, say, a 79 Scirocco and get away
with pulling off all the emission stuff a VR6 would have.... all you'd have
to have is what the 79 model year had.

Pretty cool, huh?
