H&R used to make the springs for Neuspeed, then a few
years ago decided to market them here themselves.

Somebody else now makes the Neuspeeds.

What do you mean "potterman is out of the H&R's" - you
mean he can't order them for you? I don't understand
this (I bought my H&Rs from Potterman).
