Re: 1/4 mile results
What have you done to your car to get it to run so good?
Have you dynoed it?
I was only able to squeese 16.13s out of my stock 1.8 16v
with only Jamex airbox and Supersprint exhaust + some airplane
fuel mixture! :) I dynoed it only 98kW/134Hp (stock should be
102kW/139Hp). I know the engine is in bad shape.
Tell how many gears you use? I use only first three as the third
gear hits the rev limiter after the 400m has passed. I'm using street
tires 195/50/15" Hankook Ventus. (Slicks are not allowed!)
I'm using Bosch K-Jetronic fully mechanical injection so there's no
full throttle swiches and the day when I did those runs was quite
cold.
