It's easy, unscrew two polts that are holding the cover for instrument
cluster.
then open the under steering rack cover enough that you can stic your hand
in and remove the speedo cable, then then unscrew the screw holding the
instrument
cluster from top. Now the instrument cluster will fold down enough to reach
the bulbs,
at least mine did. Now turn the proken bulb 90 degrees and it should poop
right out,
then go and buy new similar bulb put it back 90 degree turna and off it
goes.
Expect it to take around 30 minutes.
