[mk2] interior door panels

anyone have a set of these in good condition or know of a way to 
attach the inner, armrest piece to the main panel? i've tried super 
glue, hot glue gun, even epoxy, but have had no luck. if you've got 
tips, forward 'em, please. if you've got 'em to sell, i'm looking for 
ones with either grey or black inset for manual windows. thanx.
