(non-roc) Volvo steering racks

My good buddy, the local Volvo enthusiast, swapped his PS rack in his
'84 Turbo wagon to MS, and hates it.  The car was designed for PS, and
it's so heavy and solid that manual steering just kills the car.  Not to
mention it's incredibly slow compared to power.  So he's switching back.

Absolutely no 'rocco content, but oh well.
