They will work just fine without them. You might hear a slight gingle
when you go over uneven roads at slow speeds. it will sound as if the
suspension is falling apart. Its just the pads rattling in there. Put it
together, drive it and install the new anti-rattle clips later. No
biggie, just a little more work.
