Re: repairing leather seats
Are you saying that the leather cover on the seat bottom is 3-piece? I know
that the bolsters are separate from the centre section padding but I'm
pretty sure that the cover is all one piece. Finding another seat to swap
parts from isn't really an option for me - you hardly ever see leather seats
in the breakers yards near me and I have beige leather, which is even rarer.
I've no problem about replacing the bolsters, it's just i'm not sure how
easy it will be to unstitch & replace the individual squares of leather.
Have you done that at all or just swapped complete covers?
