Digifant injection Chip question (non rocc)

Hey guies and gals,

I have a friend who has an '89 Golf with digifant fuel injection.  He wants 
to chip this car, but so far has been unsuccsesful in finding a chip or 
power moduel for this type of feul injection.  Do any of you know if such a 
thing really exists or not, and if so, where the hell to get one.....
