16v head on 1.7??

Hi all,

Sort of for fun, but...

Will a 16v head fit onto a 1.7L (EN) engine?  It appears that the bore
differs by a very small amount, will this cause problems with valve
placement?  Will my current intake/exhaust manifolds fit the 16v head? 
Are there any other things I'm not thinking of (compression)?  Am I
showcasing my ignorance by even thinking about this? :)
