HELP!! No one around my town has the 16v part I need!!!!!

Yo List!

     I have am 88 16v Scirocco withOUT A/C.  I need that damn aluminum 
mounting bracket for the power steering pump that mounts to the front of the 
block.  Anyone??  I will pay shipping...
    I live in Portland, Or and no one in my city has one.
     Let me know!!!
