this is similar to the MityVac tool, which works ok.

But I would recommend Speedbleeders.  They are a one-way
bleed valve, with a ball bearing and spring inside.  So you just
open the valve slightly, and pump the brakes and the one way
valve prevents air from being drawn back in.  I just picked up
a set of these for my corrado brakes, and the work quite well.
They have all the front caliper valves, but they don't have a long
enough application for the rear drums.....
