Hi kids.
Well, I'm having problems with my tranny. It grinds gears from
1st to 2nd unless I really stomp on the clutch. Does it occasionally from 3rd to
4th but mostly from 1st to 2nd. It really hates going into first too and
sopmetimes I have to start out from 2nd gear which really sucks. My guess
is maybe my syncros are gone but hey, I'm no expert.... which is why I'm
presenting this question to my fellow Scirocco-heads. I reeeealy dont want
to have to pay some shyster to fix it for me... if I know what the problem is,
most likely the Acura mechanic who apprenticed at VW can go right in there and
fix said problem without trying to gyp me off.
