I went about 60 mph on my face at Phoenix International coming out of
turn 9 on the old road course.  Racing a Yamaha RD-350 and got clipped by
another rider.  Ruined a Bell Star and a nice set of leathers.  Felt like
I was going about 300 mph.  Knocked the wind out of me and raised up
blisters through the leather.  Got a great big burn where the zipper was.
 My wife laughed at me for days.  The scars faded in time.  Anyone who
hasn't had an experience like this,... isn't missing anything!!
