When I redid my old 78 4 speed (rip) I built one out of stiff
cardboard and a dowel. No lie, I got it from How t Keep your
Rabbit... Alive book (Muir Press)

I'll zip you over the specs.  Better yet, I'll hand Ben a xerox
copy.
