1997 GTI vr6 "concept series"???

    Has anyone heard of this? I was looking at one for sale toady and it
was really nice. It had 16" momo wheels ant toyo tires, a k&n +exhaust
+big brakes, and an amazing two-color leather interior. The (chevy)
dealership said it was all straight from the factory. Is this true?
Where did it come from if not? I was thinking that maybe it was some
other company who just modified it before you bought it, not straight
from vw though.
