Yes there is much more,  yank really really really hard :)  You might want
to put some gloves on so you don't skin your hand when it finally decides to
let go.  you can also try prying them out with a screwdriver or something,
just make sure you aren't bending anything.  Try not to bend the lines
either, they are quite flimsy.
