This is not worth doing unless you open up the intake manifold to match.

Installation is easy, but: the mounting bolts seize up and are a real PITA
to undo; you have to swap the part of the linkage on the TB that the cable
hooks up to with your 8V one and it's useful to swap the idle speed
adjustment screws, because the Audi one has a slot head.

I doubt that you would notice any increase in performance from this mod
alone.
