no, definately not .

but company Hornstein made all possible efforts to do it like this.
( except the rollcage, that is mandatory for original VW convertibles,
 but I'm happy that the Hornstein has none !! )

later there were some cheap copies ( Bieber, Speedster Ostermann )
but they had quite bad quality and strange styling.

unfortunately Hornstein was expensive and so they didn't sell much of them
( about 70 remaining on the roads today, exact figures are appreciated )
