[mk2] sighting & wolfs info wanted

  for the list at driversfound.com and for the rest of you, when i was
watching 'new york undercover' (imagine nypd blue & 21 jump street) last
night i spotted the butt end of a gold or light brown mk2 while it was
braking. about all i could see was that it had a rear windshield wiper
and a small spoiler.

  also, what distinguished a wolfsburg from a non-wolfsburg scirocco
(besides the badge)? was it only side leather-bolstered seats?
