Heater box leaks, was Re: Lake Scirocco in my car!

Question is, how hard is it to fix the leak through
the heater box? New seals of some sort?
I think I have a similar problem with my Scirocco,
after a hard rain my passenger side floorboard is all
damp under the dash. This is starting to piss me off
because it's starting to get an odor to it as well.
