The short answer is if it's just the drive-chains you can get replacements
from Mark @adirondack's for around $25 or so each side. You might try
disassembling the sunroof to see what's causing the problem. The Bentley
manual has a good description of how to do this and I had no problem
disassembling mine. I'm still awaiting my new drive chains though, so I
can't absolutely guarantee it will solve the problem.
