Misc. roc sightings

Wow, this morning I stopped at a BP and a red 16v was parked in front. I asked the woman at the register if she knew to whom the "red car" belonged to. She surprised me and said "The Scirocco? It's mine." It was kinda beat up. Driving home today I glimpsed a hatch with a black spoiler ahead of me but lost it in traffic. Finally got through traffic and lo and behold...I flew up next to him and motioned him to follow me to a nearby parking lot. Guy had a slightly rough stock 16v and we talked for at least an hour. Told him about the list and all the insane members :P Anyway, two in one day I think that's a record for me. On sept. 9 I was riding through Cincy and a red 16v with white stripes along the bottom passed me, anyone? I also met up with Rick Pizzulo in Mobile when I was on vacation. Very nice, very clean 84 Wolfsburg with a bunch of goodies he's done himself, plus he's a really nice guy.
