Is this a fare price?

I have a chance to buy a set of MSW wheels.  They are 15x7 and 
are the basketweave style and are in great shape.  He has six 
wheels, 4 of which are shod with pretty new Potenza's.  He wants 
$400 for all six.  I'm thinking it's pretty fair, what do you think?
