No Brakes... Bad

Well, the update is, possibly a leaky master cylinder, but definitely the wheel cylinder I
didn't replace last spring because it wasn't leaking.   Also, broken spring, and soaked, I
mean soaked brake pads.   Brakes as strong as ever though, I haven't had a chance to try
locking them.   I hate drum brakes...
