Used OE struts/shocks--Good Deal?

Gotta question.  I've located stock struts/shocks/springs at the local
junkyard from an '85 roc with a mere 58K (if you can believe the odo).
Would it stand to reason that this suspension package would be better
than my OE suspension?  My 82 has 190K on it-- miles on suspension
unknown.  Good deal or crap shoot?  Thanks.
