You need the dual-port downpipe from an A1.  A2 manifolds do not fit on
the A1 (Scirocco) chassis as the exit angle and distance from centreline
for the downpipe are all wrong.

Sounds like quite a bit of work.  Cutting one out so that it's useable
would be a chore in itself - welding a new one in would be not quite so
bad, but you'd likely want a MIG welder to do the job up nice and neat.
