Removal of a MK1 dash & speedo

OK, the removal of a MK2 dash has been covered. How hard is an 80 dash
to remove? Since I'm going to remove the engine and the rest of the
interior when the car gets repainted I might as well remove the dash and
clean up some of the wiring too.

Also, is there such a thing as a 100 MPH speedo for an MK1?
