Sunroof problem

My sunroof is broken. Those plastic tracks are cracked and its jammed
(closed, luckily) Anyone know how to remove the sunroof (unbolt it?) to
put new tracks in?

has anyone redone the sunroof, as i understand it, its a problem usual to
VW's until they switched over to metal tracks, and even then my friend has
had problems on his 95 jetta.
