Mixture adjustment with dwell meter

<x-charset iso-8859-1>A couple listers have mentioned that I can adjust my mixture ('84 8V) using
a dwell meter per the procedure described in Bentley.  I need to do this,
but I can't find the procedure in my Bentley.  Can anyone point me in the
right direction?  Is it enough of a straightforward procedure that someone
would just want to tell me what to do?
