I have one on my 1.8 and I agree with brett.  the
engine does spin up nice.  It makes the car a little
quicker in low gears.  Although I wouldn't haul out a
tranney just to do that-way to much work vs speed
gained.  But if you were in to do a clutch very highly
recomentede
