Hey Foxx, I've done the old cut the hole in the spare light socket and stick
a light bulb in it, and I like it. They are brighter and they do work. I
did it for the add safety, those two little lights were not enough, so now
with the lights on there are four lights and when you hit the brake the whole
rack lights up. Make sure you do not stick a higher wattage bulb in there,
just use a normal rear light bulb or you will melt the lens. I'm with you
man, I don't like those dinky Euro bumpers either (no offense to anyone). Oh
by the way mine worked right away without the use of any switch, they come
one when I put the regular lights on.
