Ok when i originally brought up the topic of a electric supercharger I was referring to the E-Ram system.  If you look at the site and check out the dyno charts you will see that it does not restrict airflow at all when off.  It is only activated when a full throttle switch is tripped. The system The Golf tested was the "Turbozet".  As mentioned before i am simply looking for a cheap hp upgrade and this seems to be it.
