Bump & Grind ?'s



I'm interested in performance cams...   ...my 16V motor is stock except for 
a full TT exhaust including the "catless" racing downpipe.  Is there a web 
site showing the performance increase expected for installing the Euro 
intake cam, Shrick, or Kent cams?  What's the greatest bang for the buck? 
 I have another 16V head laying in the garage that supposedly has a 
Neuspeed intake cam...   ...what identifiable markings would there be for 
the stock cams, Neuspeed cams?  With a sport cam, would a fuel enrichment 
switch be beneficial?  Also, when installing a new cam, is it required to 
change to new lifters as well?  Do I ask enough F-ing questions?
