Scirocco16V Right Motor Mount Offset

Planning to change my motor mounts soon (by myself, first time).
Question about the right (passenger side) mount.

It has an offset bushing (metal bolt carrier) that sticks out from the
surface of the rubber more on one side than on the other side.

Question 1 - Which side is the more protruding bushing side suppose to
point, front or rear?  Why?



There are also two rubber washers one thick, one thin, that go between
the mount and the body bracket tangs.

Question 2 - Which rubber washer goes where?  Thick one front or rear?
Thin one opposite side, right?
