[Mk2 16v] average rebuild cost?

	Since my motor sucks ass and wont stop burning coolant that gives me
an excuse to build a 2.0l for it. If I pick up a longblock with about
100-150k on it I will want to have it rebuilt. What is the average cost?
(head and bottom end no performance work). I am thinking I can dump the
whole motor in and stick the scirocco intake on it with the 2.0l head. Can I
do this without causing myself lots of pain!? Any help is appreciated!
