Check the tray area under the hood where your wiper motor is.  There is a 
drain tube on each side, if they get clogged it will fill with water, and 
leak in through the blower motor i think.  It happened to my rabbit gti, the 
water gushes in from underneath the dashboard somewhere.  If ya still cant 
find the leak, take a hammer and punch and tap a small drain hole in your 
floor.  good luck.
