Neuspeed has never really wanted to be a retailer - partly because 
they don't want to compete with their dealers.  As such, their prices
will always be sky-high for any of their stuff.  As a rule it's never
wise to try to buy directly from them.  Also their customer service
has come under fire in the past, and we all know what a great job
