Well, it appears that the fuel filter was causing my high RPM 
problem.  I thought at first that it was ignition related, but after 
looking over the intermitant symptoms, and what everyone else 
said, I decided it was fuel.  So I tried the fuel filter first, blew it out 
with compressed air, just for temporary testing, and so far it hasn't 
acted up.  I'll buy a new filter at the beginning of the week and put it 
on.  Thanks guys.
