Wiring

I'm trying to wire a cell phone booster pack into my car.  It needs to be
hooked into the fuse block on a constant power source, as well as a switched
source.  So I pulled the fuse block out and went "holy shit that's alot of
wires" So i decided not to cut any.  Anyway.. to my question, anyone know
where I can get those fuses that you hook wires right into.. I have seen
them somewhere, but i forget the name and where they were.  TIA
