AC question

Well I am almost completely done pulling everything of value from my old
scirocco. The only thing that I have left is the AC compressor.  I'm
having trouble getting out. There are 2 rather large hoses that lead in to
it. I got the first one off that was held on with a 17mm nut, but the
other one is held on by a larger nut that i don't seem to have the proper
wrench for.  Does anyone know what size that nut is?  It's the hose that
has the bleeder valve thing. :)
