re fuel problems

 Hi , to all scirocco people just checking the list for the last 2-3 weeks 
seen a lot of 
interesting stuff . Well anyway  i need help My car a Scirocco 16v has a fuel 
problem
what ever  it is its driving me batty .well here goes I start the car in the 
morning 
drive it for a hour ,all fluids up to temp ,park it ,go to start it again it 
starts but with hesitation,try to step on the gas all the way like to clear 
its throat.the car seems 
fine after i do this. well if someone could help i will appreciate it ver much
