Suspension question Oversteer/Understeer?

My current suspension set-up right now is.

1. Bilstien sport shocks
2. H&R Springs
3. Eurosport rear upper stress bar, front Neuspeed upper stress bar

Today while taking a corner the back of the car swung out.  How do i get rid
of this?  What is it Understeer or Oversteer?

I was thinking of adding a 16v front lower stress bar.  Where does it bolt to
i know the front bolts to the a-arm but what about the back.  Anyone add this
onto a 8v and notice a difference?
