Re: trip report on Germany

Not that any one cares but I also just got back from Deutschland with my
school. I had a blast for one week I toured around south Germany and went to a
few castles and churches and then we stayed in München for three day and I
went to the all famous
HOFBRÄUHAUS (sp) the biggest drinking hall. Its been there since the 1500s.

I was surprised at how many VWs I saw there. You could not drive more than 20
sec without seeing at least one VW most of them were Golf's, Gti's, or
Polo's. I only saw 5 sciroccos all in great shape but all but one stock.
If i could read German better it would be cool cause i picked up a German mag
called "VW Speed" a great mag its got a 12 cylinder golf in it ( a VR6 in
the front and a VR6 in the back) maybe when i get a scanner i will put the
article up on the web, and maybe if i get some free time i will go through and
translate it. (maybe my teacher will give me some extra credit... hummmm)
Also its got a really nice '87 GTX in it. its got some pretty cool things on
it BMW M3 mirrors, pretty nice setup all around and it looks like its got an
after market coraddo grill on it ( it looks like an upside down trapezoid (sp)
with black mesh in the middle) i will defiantly put that up when i get a
scaner(hopefuly soon)
Well hope you all enjoyed my little story about my school trip to
Deutschland. If you have any Q's just ask.

Mark '84 rocco (in dad's garage w/ primer on it)
