Trim fasteners R&R

Ok, I am bored so I will ask the collective another
question...

Are the little white plastic fasteners that hold down
the trim & carpet at the bottom of the door-jamb
replaceable?  They look like they are held on by
nail-type metal pieces in the actual floor.  On my
drivers side like 3 of them are broken & the trim is
laying in the back seat...  I don't want to pull the
old ones off til I know I can put new ones on tho...
