Just because its not legal dont mean we dont make certain mods. 
let me check my list:
Cams--- well no only because its not legal in DSP or I would.
Cat--- Will a test pipe do? Cats only go on my cars for smog tests or to
put their little paw prints on the car. 
Drilled Air Box--- Well no, not drilled exactly. Surgically altered is
more like it.

Ive smog tested my car as it sits and its passed the CA regs with flying
colors with only a small fuel mixture adjustment.
