Well, definetly relieve the pressure. The simpliest way is to pull the
fuel pump relay and then try to start the car. It never usually even runs
for me, but if it does just let it go until it dies. That should get rid of
that nasty gas in the face when you loosen the bolt pressure. Other than
that it is pretty straightforward. I do not know the answer to your line
question. Just hold on the list always comes through.
